Autumn Leaves offers medium and long-term (negotiable), self-service accommodation in the lovely suburb of Westhill, Grahamstown Makhanda and is within walking distance of Rhodes University (9 mins), St Andrews (7 mins), Prep (2 mins), DSG (5 mins) and AMAZWI (2 mins).

Unit 1 has twin beds (or king size on request) with en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, with lounge and dining area combined.  Fully booked for 2025.

Unit 2 has twin beds (or king size on request) with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and desk area.

Enjoy the beautiful view of Rhodes University and the surrounding hills from the verandah of the Units 1 and 2.

Unit 3 is a small, but very comfortable bedroom for the SINGLE guest.  It has a three-quarter bed, kitchen area including prep sink, kettle, bar fridge, microwave, hot plate & pots for self-catering, and en-suite bathroom - MINIMUM STAY 3 DAYS.   Unit 3 has an air-conditioner for your comfort.

A back-up water supply is available in the event of a municipal outage.

We are passionate about all animals and encourage abundant birdlife to our garden.  Guests can enjoy the visits of many birds during afternoon feeding time.  Birdlife includes Olive Thrush, Pintail Wydah, Drongo, Bulbul, Mousebird, Dove, Rock Pigeon, Hoopoe, Wood Hoopoe, Weaver, Barbet, Shrike, Red Baron, Wit-oogie, Bronze Mannekins, Knysna Loerie, Gold Wing Starling and more....
